Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Delivery Estimates

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before being reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact support@kraftpaperscissors.com. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help locate your package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
If approved, we'll replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
International Shipping
