Refund policy

Cancellations & Returns

Due to many of our products having been made to order, specially produced, or carefully selected for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and any other selections.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order! Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at orders@kraftpaperscissors.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defect. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other resolution.

Items that are damaged through normal wear and tear, improper use, improper care, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered defective.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Please carefully review all personalization, spelling, sizing, colors, and other selections before placing your order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Refunds

Because we do not accept returns, refunds are not provided for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or other customer ordering errors.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and we determine that a refund is appropriate, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
